My first real leadership position was in the banking industry. As I read through this book, I kept thinking how valuable it would have been to have at that time. Whether you are stepping into leadership for the first time or you’ve been in leadership for years, there is a lot that you can get out of this book.
I love the way it has been written because even after you’ve read it, when you want to go back and read about specific topics, that’s easy to do.
I definitely recommend reading this book.
